AI GP receptionist 'can't understand Yorkshire accent'

Well, it seems our lovely Rotherham accents might be causing a bit of a stir! A new AI system being trialled in GP surgeries, called EMMA, is reportedly struggling to understand some local patients. Healthwatch is raising concerns about how this could affect access to healthcare for us here in South Yorkshire.
