Thousands spent clearing fly-tipping as costs rise

Blimey, it seems our streets are costing us a pretty penny! Rotherham Council has forked out a whopping £175,000 already this year just to clear up fly-tipping and general rubbish. Let's all do our bit to keep our lovely town clean, shall we?
